Our Story
Welcome to the Maestro Soap...My name is Paul Pereira, owner / creator of the Maestro Soap.
Prior to making my own, I've always used handmade soap. I liked the way my skin felt, the way they smell, and ill admit, they do look good in the soap dish:)
I lead an active life style, therefore I shower multiple times a day. I needed a soap that was gentle on my skin. That need inspired me to research soap making. The goal, create a soap with the characteristics and qualities that were important to me and designs and scents that i can let loose with artistic interpretation. After much research and experimentation, I have achieved the formulations for the gentle, moisturizing, conditioning and nourishing, plant based , cruelty free soaps I envisioned.
I am also a hair stylist , I've been in the beauty industry for over 3 decades. I am also an independent
educator, teaching hair chemistry and makeup artistry. My passion for my career in the beauty industry
and education is what drives me to develop and deliver products with a level of excellence and performance.
Each ingredient has been carefully researched to ensure i deliver the best of the best that i can pass on to you.

Our Soaps Base Ingredients and Benefits:
I carefully chose all natural oils and butters to formulate the base of my handcrafted soaps. Each ingredient brings a different quality, characteristic and benefit to the finished product, but most important is what they do for your skin.
Sunflower Oil
Rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E , incredibly conditioning creamy lather on the skin, lightweight and moisterizing.
Coconut Oil
Deep cleansing properties, contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and soothes the skin. The fatty acids help remove dirt, dead skin and other impurities.
Olive Oil
Emollient, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory. Moisterizes dry skin, protects against premature aging, manages sun damage.
Castor Oil
Wrinkle preventative drawing moisture into the skin. Antibacterial, moisterizing, anti inflamatory.
Cocoa Butter
High in fatty acids and hydrates the skin. High in antioxidants which help fight off free radicals. Moisterizes and fights aging.
Shea Butter
High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins soften the skin. Anti-Inflammatory healing properties help conditon, tone and soothe the skin
